I'll probably just have a cake or two with a cuppa, Brian. As you say, I'll have eaten well in the morning and too much food at lunch isn't good for the afternoon blast!

I’ve been up and down the M5 a few times recently and on Thurs/Fridays it hasn’t been too bad going NE. I’m happy to do filtering when necessary ... I quite enjoy the sport of it if I’m honest ;-)

I have stuff I need to do on Friday morning so I realistically can’t leave earlier than planned anyway so I’ll see you there if you decide on an earlier start.

For Sat lunch I’ll go for the Welsh Rarebit with salad please :-)

Guys aftermuch thought tonight I'm bailing. I knackered my back recently and it's been getting better, even to the extent I rode the fireblade Sat. However I took the RT to Bristol for its service today and I've been in some pain since. Id get in the way of people too (more than normal) if I tried 3 days of riding. I guess the RT has less back support.

I've cancelled direct with hotel so there's a couple of spaces at the mo if anyone feels like it

I hope to make the next one, that's three biking events I've missed that I've been really looking forward to this year.

Friday ride up, route tweaked showing start at jcn27 services, pick up at Sedgemoor services, stop at Chepstow Spar, Oasis cafe Abergavenny pit stop, A479 Talgarth road from just past Crickhowell going on to Builth Wells (avoids the right turn in Brecon that is impossible to junction mark and someone inevitably goes awol) then the glorious A483 to the hotel:-

https://goo.gl/maps/XM9LXQXedabHrTiu9

We'll stick to the original times of leaving jcn 27 services at 12.20, meet at Sedgemoor 12.50, leave Sedgemoor 13.00. Not stopping at Aust for Kata who unfortunately can't join the fun.
