Don't care who you are, how much you have, how powerful you are. You still sit on the toilet with your pants around your ankles. Yep, it's a level playing field..

That's fersakerly what I've been tub thumping about all along; I'll most definately be making my M5 trip early. If it means waiting in a comfy cafe somewhere over the bridge while I await the poor stressed out non-believers then I'm happy to comply ~o) :D .

Gulp. Ok, I'm up for an earlier start, to miss most of the traffic and it'll be broad daylight.

Fully prepared to be hosed off the pavement for making a sensible suggestion but how does an 8am start sound with pickups along the way in the normal locations leaving a bit more time Welsh side to make the most of the tarmac???

I'm going to reserve a decision on what time to leave until nearer the day, but if 2022 holiday traffic is similar to this year then 0800 hrs is still too late. Take it from one who knows :-B .

My gut feeling is anytime after 7.00 will hit the nightmare traffic, so I'd prefer either an early early start or whatever time suits us later and accept the fun and frolics on the M5......

I'll sort a poll for it.
