Here 'tis, preliminary details of the weekend meet in Wales next June.

Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd June 2019

Take the day off for the ride up Friday with as many twisty bits as reasonable for your delectation. Book in, eat drink and be merry
Saturday ride out will include; Elan Valley, mountain roads from Rhayader to Devil's Bridge and Tregaron to Beulah, A483 Newtown to Llandovery - not necessarily in that order and with some fun linking bits. Then another meal, drinks and more merriment
After a hearty breakfast the Sunday ride home will include more and different twisty bits

And it coincides with my birthday

Yup, count me as a definate !
Weekend now pre-booked with SWMBO, Piggy bank warmed up ready for supplies also pre-sealed to prevent beer tokens being nicked prior, Fut pre-warned to behave or else it's KTM-time; anything else? A list maybe?

Is there any secure parking at the Neuadd Arms Hotel, or even just parking out of sight?

Nope, but they have a fairly large car park at the front of the hotel. We've used it for a Tiger meet and there were about 15 bikes there and nobody had a problem.

Stayed at the Neuadd arms 3 times,as Andy says its always been safe leaving the bikes in front of the hotel.
There are a few spaces usually available in the rear courtyard.
Pub has its own micro brewery which could be dangerous
If theres a list starting please stick me on it.
Ref accommodation,i will have a pillion(promise not to hold you up) ;) so double room required,

Won't know whether I can get the Fri off until the new year but if I can I'm up for it.

Will be staying there next weekend so will check out the parking arrangements then.

I'm going solo but happy to share a twin room with someone who doesn't snore like a warthog....

Lindsay, the manager at the Neuadd Arms has come back with dinner, bed and breakfast prices. Looks good to me:-

Thank you for your call and email, and I'm happy to say that we currently have plenty of availability for that weekend next year. We can offer the following rooms on a dinner bed & breakfast basis:

4 Single Rooms @ £54 per night
7 Double Rooms @ £99 per night
2 Twin Rooms @ £99 per night
6 Double or Twin Rooms (Zip-Link beds) @ £99 per night
1 Four Poster Room @ £108 per night

All our rooms are en-suite, and the price includes a full breakfast and 3-course evening meal from our Table d'Hote menu (Sample menu attached). We do not have secure parking but do have an enclosed yard at the rear of the hotel which you could use. It may be a bit crowded with 16 bikes, though. Many of our motorcycling groups are happy to park on the open car park in front of the hotel, and we have not had any problems with that in the 17 years we have been here.
