Nominations by end of November. Votes on venue and which Saturday to run up to midnight on Friday 21st December. Hopefully the gang will have given me info' on numbers and I'll book with the chosen venue ASAP after that so everything should hopefully be sorted by Christmas day, and at latest before New Year.
