Don't care who you are, how much you have, how powerful you are. You still sit on the toilet with your pants around your ankles. Yep, it's a level playing field..

Well, a mate I usually go to Europe with has booked 3 twin rooms at the Neuadd Arms for the weekend you're planning on going next year so I'm definitely going to be there as I'll be sharing one of them with him!
Will be great if you do use the same place as I can ride up with you and we may end up on a similar route on Sat. I need something to look forward to....

If we stay at the Neuadd again, linking some of the roads I'd like to revisit would mean a 240 mile Saturday ride out:-

Working on it. I'm sure most of the gang would be happy to return to the Neuadd but as I'm thinking of venturing a bit farther north for the ride out I'm sounding out options in the Newtown/Llandiloes/Machynlleth area, with another option of staying right up in Bala. The latter would need a longer ride up Friday and return Sunday though.

That should be a top weekend, fingers crossed that the weather plays ball for you. Beware the Traffic Taliban - they're well practised in making their presence known and felt to the armies of Weekend Warriors who head to the roads of their manor for fun and frolics. As they're the ones who end up picking up the pieces after somebody encounters the Talent Gap their efforts are understandable, just hope no SWBs get carried away by inappropriate ambition brought about by riding the awesome roads...

And when all the rooms at the Neuadd Arms are taken the Belle-Vue hotel (LD5 4RE) is just around the corner with 2 twin rooms and 3 doubles. They're phone number is 0441591610237.

Also nearby in the village is the Stonecroft Inn (LD5 4RA), phone number 01591610332.
