have you never noticed how much quicker the instructors/marshalls are on proper trackdays. i used 1 at cadwell yesterday to tow me round and he improved my speed and lines greatly, was grinding both toe sliders away and gently spinning the rear tyre trying to keep up with his zx10.
i know i fell off in the afternoon but that was through stupidity on my part
