Lucky

Post by r1dave »

Well i was lucky this afternoon, Going along a3052 at a steady pace  a traffic car appeared from a side road as i approached, So backed of slash cut crackling looked in the mirror and there he was right up my arse, So going down into Sidford overtook a slow moving OAP  then i thought i would turn into Sidmouth, As i turned  two police bikes heading the same way, Glanced in the mirror there he was right behind me. S0 as i rode along totting up the points small number plate, exhaust, dark visor tyre on the limit the bikes turned of followed by the car, Huge relief i headed home.

I hate it when your being followed by the police
there is always something in the back of you head saying
"its you there going to pull you over"

don't you find aswell when they are following you that your riding goes to pieces,, missing gears that sort of thing...i think its cos of going so slow and actually thinking about what you are doing...instead of automatic.. so there you are shouting "pull me..pull me..I haven't even got a licence" when actually you are normally a fairly competent rider...!!!

We used to have an old F reg micra. Last winter I put an old bike nuumber plate in front of the rad grill cos the thing would just not heat up cos the heater was kak.

Anyway Mel got pulled by the plod cos they thought it was an L plate and she was the only one in the car. How does The back of a no plate look like an L plate. There's no L for a start. To be fair the back of the plate was reflective white. Was asked to remove it, which I did when the weather got warmer.

Anyway hijacking. Glad they didn't pull you Dave although I'm sure you could've charmed (kissed arse) them :D ...they should teach you that when you have your CBT.

LOL I got pulled coming home from ilfracome on the chop one night, cop quizzed me why I was riding at 30-35 mph in the national limit, I told him that it was becasue I looked so good that I wanted people to see me LOL

he had a laugh and jumped back in car LOL

unlike the one that years back pulled me EVERY night for god knows how long, and breathalised me EVERY time

I dont drink, and this bugged the shit outta him as he was so sure that he was going to get me for something, one night as leaving the pub I poured a load of dregs from glasses on the bar all over me cutoff and rode on home, he pulls me I reek of alcohol, hes smilin like a cheshire cat, and still the light stays green, oh he hated me LOL

Yeh I did literally as he had no where else to go after I had turned off, Andy will know where I mean when I say RNB Chivenor roundabout.

I get it alot in the cabs as well and I have stopped as asked what their problem is. They don't like it but tuff titties, why don't they go do some real police work like catch criminals
