Was good fun but did get a bit wet as it hammered down from Exeter onwards but just opened up a bit and got home in no time, thanks for waiting a couple of times, i allways seemed to get stuck behind something on occasion and not knowing the roads made me hold back a bit but the rest of the route was cracking, i was knackered by the time i got home and kipped on the sofa till just now

Yeah was good fun, managed to do the whole thing on one tank, a little into reserve now though :( only rained as we entered the dreamland that is Exeter.

Good roads too, although one or two were a little lumpy. Road to Chard was the best though. Anyway, I'm off to apply for a job in Chard for an excuse to learn the road :)

Great ride, lucky weather (tho m5 on way back was fun!?!) and well planned route. Nice to put a face to all the site names.

Glad i was able to keep up as i didn't know most of the roads... tho i did slow down a bit when i took one of the bends a bit too fast, and nearly slid the bike into a car coming in the opposite direction!!!

Looking forward to the next ride.

PS. I noticed mike was filming at one point during the ride...any plans to get the vid on the site? or is he still looking for his plate

Was going to try and make this but spent this morning unloading bike from trailer (from trackdays  ) and making room in garage for it, just before the bike racing started. Been a busy week and hadn't got round to it.

Glad you all had fun, rain started here in Exeter at about 11 and "P"ed it down for about 20 mins then just drizzled on and off for hours

Was a good ride, nice one Si. Shame I lost my number plate though and had to leave Westbay in a hurry cos a traffic warden was sniffing around

Was the first time Mel had been on the bike since we found out she was pregnant with Christopher and I have to say she did really well :D

I wasn't filming but taking photos. Here they are. Some have been played with and all have been cropped. If you would like any as a full res file PM me your e mail address and I'll send both the edited and unedited photos. :D

Oh and check out Fletch in the fist photo on the Gixer
