You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

  What can I say? Not my best performance

However thanks to you, Simon and Colin for your advice, I'll just have to keep at it I guess!

Good to see the rest of you too, quite a turn out considering the start time :)

It's only a confidence thing :) Just try riding a route you know in say 3rd but stay off the brakes using the engine braking to slow you for corners. Everytime you apply the brakes in a corner it upsets the suspension.

couldn't agree more......it's the big 'C ' WORD (confidence for those that were wondering)

i'm not yet 100% happy on the r1 but u have to keep plugin away and with time it WILL come.

i am no riding god and i will never be the next rossi but as long as U r happy with ur pace and u come back in one piece then to me that is a good ride out
