Re: Pub Meet 2nd September
Sadly I missed this one
Well when I say I missed it I think I was too late
Due to another meet in Taunton I needed to go to I arrived at about 2215 and there was only two bikes in the carpark and one of them was leaving with a young lady on it
Perhaps next time

Its a SWB Pub meet, no-one rides bikes to them!
We were there until quite late too.

Re: Pub Meet 2nd September
Thats really sad that I missed all that chat about track days....
Where were the bikes if there was still six people in the pub.

I have a car so perhaps next time I should pop along in that
Perhaps I should take more notice of what the Rideout-SW are up to

Re: Pub Meet 2nd September
Well at least Jade was on a bike and we shared a little nod as I exited the carpark
Perhaps next time we should have a Motorcycle meet and all turn up on the bus

Re: Pub Meet 2nd September
Myself, Gav and Kelly were on bikes too, and a couple of people had walked over, I think
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....
Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away

Re: Pub Meet 2nd September
Ah but its not a motorcycle meet, its a Pub meet, might be a bit different if you turned up for a rideout in the family car but i certainly see no problems turning up to a pub meet in my car after a 12 hour shift at work its not often i can be arsed to get all my gear on, much easier to just jump in the car to go somewhere........PeterM wrote:perhaps next time we should have a Motorcycle meet and all turn up on the bus

Re: Pub Meet 2nd September
chill peter. There is another pub meet organised now. Travel methods are optional and no method is discriminated against, although if you come by donkey you may have to protect it from bambam and funky.
