Public liability is cheap as chips these days though if you look around, i think i have 10 million quids worth of cover for my very small (one truck) haulage business and its about £100 a year but you will definately have to get some insurance Mike as people are total w*nkers out there today and will take you to court for the slightest thing even for something you havent done and they knew about but were just waiting for someone to blame, digital photos in advance are allways good......

Oh I see. When you put can I did wounder what you were on about but must have been a type error

Did you want it washed or just waxed?

I you chose one of the washes that already includes a wax then an extra £5 for another coat.

Sorry to hear about the job mike. Good luck with the new venture. I'd go back to being a one man band tomorrow but can't

You saying my bikes dirty? yeh ok it , so's the car

The bike can defo be done when i have finished its modifacations (chopping it about) and the car really needs a real good clean. it's 04 reg but the alloys are shot and some git keyed done one side. I haven't sorted it out yet cos its £500 of damage and so's my excess on the car. I did buy some go faster stripes that will cover most of the damage, but they are in the garage along with my bikes crash bungs.

It all about finding the time

Which company do you use?

Thanks for all the good lucks folks :D . My website is being built and I've got someone doing me a logo, aren't families great :D . My last day at my current job is the 10th of October so I can take any bookings for after that.

I am making a couple of price changes to my menu, a 'Wash and Dry Plus' is now £15 and a 'Quick Bull Up' is now £20.

Motorcycles I am doing at £8 per hour. I charge per hour and not per bike because the state of bikes can vary so much. So if you just want a good wash and polish of your bike or a full restoration (eg corrosion removal and painting of things like forks, swinging armes, engine, exhaust, stands etc) why not spoil your pride and joy? For only £8 an hour it would be rude not to. I always say that as long as the main paintwork (eg tank) doesn't need painting I can do something about it.

I am also offering a patio cleaning service at £8 per hour so why not get yours looking nice for Bonfire night.
