Wheely not a good time

Post by R6 STU »

So leaving exeter this afternoon, on the lights on the A30 from the M5 after being cut up by an estate.

Ligfhts go green, then a 4 wheel drive comes flying up from the city centre thenlingers in the outside lane. I'm in Second gear decide to flip it up, and undertake on the back wheel, Naughty I know. Then I see the blue lights in the grill start flashing

OH SHIT

it pulls up next to me with 4 coppers inside. I'm thinking this is it, undertaking, wheelie, noisy exhaust, black visor, small number plate, speeding, hell why not chuck in riding without die care and attention.

So with a bowed head I look across, he merely does the sign for 'calm down' then speeds off, and with the led message thing on the back writes 'THANK YOU'

No, thank you, had a very difficult few days and only went out to get away from it all.

So kids, if you're going to be silly, dont do it next to a car full of coppers :(

I think lucky is an understatement. There really is something quite satisfying about overtaking on the back wheel though :D :D

if it was loaded with four of 'em, i'd guess they were on a training session, therefore not properly equipped to charge you .......

either way, you're still a very lucky chappy

That will be a driver training car probably doing an advanced driving course. They tend to leave you in peace as their day is pretty full anyway with limited time for driving.
