Look in here for local ride outs...

Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

thats the route

as its light in the mornings, how would people feel about LEAVING tiverton mcdonalds at 10AM ?

it would allow us a little more time on the roads before they get really busy and (finger crossed) it gets too warm  - just a thought.

for those of you that don't know the meeting in point in exeter, its here (mcdonalds marsh barton)

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&sourc ... 7&t=h&z=16

meeting point in tiverton

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&sourc ... 9&t=h&z=18

we will stop at torrington common for a cuppa/catch up

next stop bude for a carvery

then back to exeter to the 7 stars pub in alphington

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=d&sourc ... 9&t=h&z=18

carpark is pretty big plus there is parking across the road in comet/currys etc

the starting point is tiverton so the run up from exeter may be 'spirited'

REMEMBER THIS RUN IS AT POSTED SPEED LIMITS.

I AM STILL LOOKING FOR JUNCTION MARKERS AND A TEC.

THANKS :D

Argh bugger it! Was hoping to join you guys at Bude again but I'v got a wedding to go to on the 12th and won't get home till 13th lunch time earliest :( . Did think of going to wedding on the bike then coming home via the friendly run but prob taking wife and kids in the car or getting a lift with a mate cos funds are very short at mo  . Its all happening at the wrong time cash wise, bike being taxed and Mot'd, rent out that week and credit card co. have decided to take their payment early cos we missed afew payments a while ago and now have the right to do so, regardless of it leaving us in the shit!

Still at least September usually has good weather and fewer tourists!
Cut me in half and I'v got Suzuki written right through me!
