i found a dude who really is a dude. i had a bit of misfortune and was in need of a mobile car emchanic, turns out he loves working on bikes, sorted out my dt pwer valve, and 4 weeks later done me a top end rebuild in a day... he charges £25 an hour which is rpetty awsome if you ask me! hes just started out on his own, so no "legit" reciepts etc etc but quality guy, knows what hes doing!! heres his name and number if it helps!

well he lives in beacon heath, Exeter... so i'm not too sure how far he's willing to go but he mentioned he does motor way pickups etc etc, as he has seats in his van.. so i'm guessing a fair distance...... :D

Colin Flashman
Near St Annes Chapel
(between Callington and Gunnislake on the A390 in Cornwall)

Telephone number 01822 832422

http://www.flash-mxgear.co.uk/

Been riding, working on and trading in bikes for 35 years. Unlike a lot of larger workshops, Colin is very much still a hands on mechanic.

Show room with secondhand bikes for sale.

Genuine guy who will try to repair rather than replace parts if your budget is tight.

Labour rates £30 + vat p/h

Has done work on both my bikes and I'm happy to recommend him.
