Ok I'm definately going this morning, joined by Jay :D !

So I'm taking a camera and a note pad, I'll make a note of anything that looks decent and try and get some better photo's for those of you who might not want to travel without good reason.

Warning though, I'm no bike part expert so dont expect me to be able to identify parts just by serial numbers or casing shapes etc. I will just take a note of whats on interesting boxes and tags on forks or exhausts etc. then report back.

And here it is :D :D :D

Well Jay and I went to visit Jim's workshop, it was fun getting there! We had a good look round and pulled out some interesting bits and peices.

In no particular order we found, ( models/ year are a little difficult to determine due to lack of information):

RD125- gearbox

RD 350- chrome pipes (tarnished and pitted but no heavy rust), Forks (same again pitted chrome stantions) and wheels.

GSX 400F- Forks ( as above), head and cams, rear wheel.

GSXR 1100- Swing arm and head + cams.

GSXR 750- Head, cams, crank and barrels. ( I would guess its oil cooled varient as its lock nut tappets rather than bucket/ shim as mine is).

ZXR 750 H1- swing arm, head, cams etc, tank ( 600 and 750 I think)
ZZR 1100- swing arm
ZZR 600- swing arm,

GPZ- Nose fairing (one side of the screen bar is broken), 2 belly pans.

CBR 900- OE end can

RG Gamma 125- front wheel, 2 frames.

CBR 600FM 91- Tank ( HRC colours, small dent on top but ok condition), various other engine bits were scattered around.

There were various heads, cams, barrels and cranks of GS's, Fazor, FJ 1100's, CBX's 550 and other, some Kwak Z stuff again various engine sizes.

Unfortunately, apart from the GPZ stuff, there were no plastics, carbs or electric components, calipers/ discs or yolks.

Jim is happy for you to make a sensible offer on any parts you find/ want, but as there are a hell of a lot of bits I can agree that he doesn't have time to sort through it for you, you will have to come and rummage. He is slowly scrapping the rusted and corroded parts first, but as he is running his business out of the workshop he needs the floor space, he won't be hanging around forever before he scraps the lot B-) .

No sorry, no engines at all. I didn't notice any boxes with CD200 written on them either.

This may be a far cry especially as you said it is mainly older parts but is there by any chance an aftermarket race pipe for a 2006 600rr (just a slip on end can will do fine)
Regards :D
