Almeria less chance of rain + cheaper.

I have done both. If it is a choice of just one then Portimao no question - especially on a litre bike.
It is awesome - like a cross between Donnington and Cadwell. A real roller coaster.
In fact I am off there in a couple of weeks. Went last year in March and enjoyed it so much that a group of five of us are going back.
Last year we had a little rain every morning but were out on track by 10:30. Going one month later this year so weather should be better.
Did Almeria in Jan this year and weather was similar. A little rain early on but dry track by mid morning.
