bt sport online not playing, is it my laptop?
ok I've got the silverlight downloaded, and it will play the short pre recorded videos but if I click on either live payer or repeats of the live footage it just shows a spinning icon but doesn't load. I've tried the bt help pages but they just refer to codes, which I don't get any of, or references to clearing caches and re loading silverlight which I've tried but hasn't helped? Anyone had a similar problem or should I just ring BT and swear at them??
Cut me in half and I'v got Suzuki written right through me!

Have you tried pausing it for a few mins and the. Pressing play? Gotta do it on youtube sometimes but we have fairly slow fibre optic broadband

we did that on my wifes smart phone and it worked proper, then she gave her phone to her sister whilst we were away in the Philippines and now my phone isn't smart anymoreJay wrote:Or you could download the APP and use that

whats your tinterweb speed?
and what browser do you use?
silverlight is a horrible bit of MS extension and should burn with fire! but firefox supports it (chrome is stopping/stopped support) is the computer fully updated? and what windows are you using? 8.1, 8, 7, vista or XP?
