You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

I think we will see a few of them on that day matey :-)

Not long to go now people, don't forget to turn down invites to BBQs, weddings, trips away etc.

Saturday night is early to bed night as you will be going out on your bike while people are still on their way home from clubs.

I'll be hanging out at the new bus station on drum bridges roundabout from 0330 if anyone wants to meet there.

It will be safe as Brookys Mum would have finished her shift there by then :-)

Ok then, some more details for those of you who haven't been before and want to come and join in with our summer fun.

There are 4 meeting points along the route, the departure times are all approximate apart from the first one at Exeter services. SO whichever one you are meeting at, don't leave until we get there, just in case we have run into a problem.

So here we go.

staging point 1
Exeter Services
Carpark by the garage
LEAVING AT 0330

staging point 2
Drum bridges roundabout
A38 by Trago Mills
LEAVING 0345

staging point 3
Route 38 Diner
Just outside Plymouth
LEAVING 0440

staging point 4
TESCOS garage at St Austell
LEAVING AT 0520
Badger to lead from here

Let the games commence.

Remember the first date is reliant on good ole British summer time, so don't give up hope just yet ......

I have a feeling I've a work shift on the 19th too ......

Just checked - working here in Newton Abbot starting 23.45 on 18/6/16 ....... :(

Is it wrong of me to hope for a poor weather forecast?

I miss this every year and think I can do it this year. Daft question but this is fathers day (i.e. normally have to do all the things the family want not what i want) so will be important what time we get back. From previous years what time do you normally get home.

To a degree, it depends on you.

If you don't stop in Penzance for brekkie, and head straight home, you could be back by 11 or 12.

Add an hour if you stop for brekkie

Add another couple of hours if you carry on to Capn Jaspers.
