meet up for a drinkie or meal ? - AFTER XMAS - you chose

Post by billinom8s »

so a couple of people have asked if there is to be a gathering as the silly season approaches or one after it's buggered off leaving it's trail of distraction and destruction.

So as the forum direction is very much dictated by the people who use it, what do you think? Should we be sociable to one another??? :)): :)): :)):

Ill set up a poll and leave it to run for 10 days, can go from there i guess.

I guess there’s zero chance of the “do” being within easy reach of the Badlands of South Lincolnshire is there?

Thought not, so it’s a “no” from me then, y’all have a good time wherever you go.

Won’t be allowed out until next year now but sounds a plan to get something in the diary.

If you get together in the new year you'll be less likely to be competing with heaps of other works or friends' Crimbo parties at the same time. It'll be easier to get a table for however many SWBs join in, and the wait for food will be shorter.

+1

I think after would be better too. Always nice to have something to look forward too after the Xmas madness has died down. Not that I'm agreeing to attend you understand, I'm very non-committal. :)):
