Hello SWB, greetings from Shute

Post by jack23 »

Hi guys.
I've been living in the area for quite a while now, just recently got back on the bike and never been riding in a group so I'm looking for some experience, nice roads and company
Long story short, couple of days ago my van broke down and I needed recovery track and how I met robbo87 who told me about SWB and how great is to ride with other bikers
I'm hoping to join you on Sunday 29th on my Kawasaki zx6r
Till then, see you around
Jack

Hi Jack & Welcome

I'm not that far away from you, I'm up in Chard.
Maybe I'll see you out on bike sometime as we probably ride the same areas. :)

Hi Jack, nice to meet you and Agatha (spelling?) recently and I hope the van's recovered after it's trip on my truck! Also, glad to see you found SWB.
On the 29th, with Gimlet and maybe others, I'm tagging onto Ptolemyx's team at the Eagle Tavern (TA20 3JE) on the A303. I know you know the area but just in case, here's a Google maps link - https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Buc ... -3.0220871
I'll be there at 0930 hrs.
For full details, check out the 'Zummerzet ride - SUNDAY APRIL 29TH' topic on this forum.
Look forward to seeing you on the day.

Hi Jack, welcome to swb.
Group riding is fun, just watch how some of the others do it and don't forget to ask questions if it seems confusing.
