One of the best days I’ve ever done at Oulton Park, glorious sunshine, inters had no red flags....yes NO red flags
May have also got my knee down both sides on last session, only taken about 8 years
Right on Old Hall, left on Cascades.

Back there in August, think Oulton is my fave track...till I go back to Cadwell and then it swaps again.

Shammy we have spoken about the whole knee down thing before and it is not so much about the glory of the knee down club but it is the confidence to know you are riding with the correct body position and reaching a suitable lean angle for the corner.

Of all the places to achieve it you chose the best track in the UK. I do feel your pain though as took me 7 years to do it.
