Fantastic mechanical work!!!!!!
It’s not going to be the first time that our own Billinom8s is getting a massive shout out...... But it’s time for another one coz DAMN!
So the bike went over to Si with a load of new fluids and list of jobs to do as long as your arm which included:-
Remove and clean Forks then refit
Change Fork Oil
Remove and clean Shock then refit
Regas the Shock
Change engine oil
Change engine oil filter
Drain coolant
Refill coolant and bleed the system
Remove and clean brake calliper
Fit new brake pads and refit on the bike
Not only was a top job done but so blooming quickly he only had the bike a few days
Cost wise well impressed for such quality work. I bought all the parts and fluids so just paid Si for the work he completed but I have bought biking boots that cost more then all this lot
Well impressed
So if your planning on getting some work done, strongly recommend you give him a call for a quote first

Makes a change for a gixxer to be in pieces and not a hedge in sight!
Good to know that your bike is well maintained.

One a topical note,
"It may be benifical to not start/stop your videos from where possibly the bike may be kept"
Sometimes videos may attract the wrong attention.
Especially with so many viable number plates about and the path you took would make it easy for people to figure out exactly where you could be.

Re: Fantastic mechanical work!!!!!!
Likewise posting on-line photos of your bike taken at home using a smart phone without the GPS function disabled - drag and drop onto google maps can highlight exactly where it was taken and some low-lifes may pay you a late night visit with a van to relieve you of said bike...Ruffian wrote: ↑Jan 13th, '19, 22:39 One a topical note,

Re: Fantastic mechanical work!!!!!!
Well for any of you that know where I live (it says Teignmouth in my signature) you will notice that I actually trimmed the video so it starts a few minutes away from my house and also finished as I arrived back in Teignmouth for just this reason.
Good tip about the GPS photo though.
Back to the point of the thread though which was not actually vids and pictures but to say what a great job Billinom8s did on all of the servicing work on the bike.
If that had gone into a garage would have needed a new mortgage to pay for it and work would have not been done any better. As it was great quality work, great price

Nice little vid menzies.
However it might be worth think of another mounting place for the camera as it gets a bit shaky mounted on the mirror stalk.

Totally agree mounting was crap and had to stop mid route and try and tighten it up as the camera was moving about so much.Jimbo04zx10r wrote: ↑Feb 17th, '19, 18:51 Nice little vid menzies.

Depending what camera you've got, the new gopro7 can link into your bluetooth helmet comms/phone system so you don't have to fix a camera to your helmet.

Re: Fantastic mechanical work!!!!!!
Cheers Jimbo got a GoPro Hero Black 5 will have a look at that as that might be worth doing. Was considering getting some ear PODs for the iPhone as I here they are great at working with my phone whilst on the bike but this might be a better route.
