Disposable gloves - Wing thumb or Straight thumb?

Post by Jug »

I need to get some more disposable gloves for bike work. They're just used for oily stuff like cleaning & decreasing parts, oil changes.. that sort of thing.
I've just noticed that they are available with either wing or straight style thumb and so now can't decided which to get. :-?
Has anyone tried both styles, and if so do you have a preference?

Wing.
Straight thumb for me is uncomfortable, but then I have broken both my thumbs in the past.

Winged definitely.
Or get the foamy ones that you can wash and reuse

Dam...

I was hoping you'd all say straight. I've been gathering up any odd gloves that I could find today in an attempt to work out what I had been using up to now. I was pretty sure that straight was it but now I'm not sure.

At £5.88 a box I want to be sure I get it right! :)):
Might just have to get one of each so I can find out which I prefer.
