Re: Short muddy ride
Thanks to Mark for organising this today and Matt for leading, fun going and the river run was interesting to say the least.
Is the clutch ok Foozy?
Nice job Woody on surviving the day.
Pics Jer, show us what happens when you say that Devon motorcyclists don't know how to ride.

Re: Short muddy ride
Thanks guys, what a great day! Matt and Mark, the leading was top class.
I made it back to the car ok (took the long route i.e got lost). Not sure what’s wrong with the clutch, it’s like the cable is too tight as the bite is right at the start of the lever travel and if I put any load on the engine it just revs out and clutch slips.
I’ll see if adjusting the cable works, else it will be a new clutch! 6k miles, may be that time.
Thanks again, amazing day. Anyone got any video footage?

Re: Short muddy ride
That looks a lot of fun and takes me waaaay back to my mudplugging days on two wheels. Makes me think about having yet another mid-life crisis and swopping the CBR 600 track bike for two new knees and a trail bike .

Looks just like the conditions we encounter when Robbo87 is leading a road ride
old and disgraceful so doing what I can while I can before I can't

Re: Short muddy ride
Nice,
I see you've gone old school with the bike, proper trail riding.

Re: Short muddy ride
It would get more use than I can afford to spend on trackdays that's for sure .billinom8s wrote: ↑Dec 30th, '20, 15:31So that'll just be another Bike you ignore in the garage then?
