They have said that our booking was forgotten about and they have instead arranged one of their experience days now for the 11th - basically double booked the day and taken their day over ours.



I can only say sorry about this.
I understand that people have booked days off work for this and places to stay i am one of them).


They have offered us FRIDAY JUNE 4th 2021 as an alternative. I understand if you are unable to make this date, please contact me if this is the case and i will refund your payment.
Again, sorry about this but it's out of my hands.
