Re: Lois talks electric
Think it will be interesting how electric develops over the coming decade. Not sure we are really fully there yet for both cars or bikes but also don’t think we are far away. Once wizz (no bangs) and whistles get on the machines and start inspiring us in different ways sure we will all move over at some point.

Re: Lois talks electric
Have been looking for a car as having great difficulty getting on the bike.
Just realised the HUGE amounts of tax for anything more powerful the a sewing machine. Looks like the end may well be nigh.
P.S. I havent had a car for several years, so this is all new to me. Also lost my 10 yrs no claim bonus.

Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

I too have been looking at an electric car, but the range on average is 200-250 miles.... hopefully it will get better as the development goes on?
as for bikes.... well that's another kettle of fish

Depends what you call huge amounts of tax, and how powerful the sewing machine is ...... a couple of grand or so should get something like a BMW 120d with around 170bhp and £130/Yr taxMellowYellow wrote: ↑Dec 7th, '21, 19:13 Have been looking for a car as having great difficulty getting on the bike.
