Electrical fault need help

@Bilko1000 did the idea we talked about of swapping the wiring from left to right and visa versa work. When you swapped it over did it still blow the fuse? do you know if it is specifically the front indicator?

Hi I know its in the right hand indicator circuit somewhere gonna look at it again tomorrow after work but its intermittant so difficult to test

Conduct a continuity test.
1. Identify the supply (+) and earth/ground (-) wires.
2. Connect a multi-meter to one of the above and switch it to 'continuity'.
3. If a continuous supply is indicated (as it should be if all is well), move/shake the steering, and/or the connected wiring to confirm the supply is good. If so, carry out the same procedure on the other wire.
This will at least prove and help locate any internal wiring fault. If all is good in that department then start looking at switches and connecters etc.

Hi I think I found the problem sparks and breaks connection when wire moved. Not sure why both wires are soldiered together not shown joined on the wiring diagram, a bit of a mess not sure whether to cut and rejoin together or separately.

Hard to see exactly, pic's blurred just where it needed to be clear. If it's two wires joined, then those joints look a little iffy; whatever, if that's the offending connection(s) then you have many options to re-join them. The best is to hard wire e.g. solder them, but make sure you have each wire prepared with a sleeve before soldering, preferably with proprietory shrink wrap, and keep all wires well seperated when done.
If you don't want to solder, then any connectors must be VERY sound and crimped correctly. Do NOT just twist the wires together and cover 'em in tape, hoping all will be well - it won't.
If you get stuck and can get the bike to me, I'll do it for you.

Hi Robbo thats very kind cheerz I bought a second hand switch gear in the end without the botched electrics ill fit that and hope the issue disappears

P.S.

I bought a bag of 50 fuses off the net at a silly (cheap) price. Whenever it happened I just lifted the seat and banged in a new fuse.

Yeah I fixed the wiring today pending new switch all good thx for all your suggestions.
