Shame about next weekend
A lot of racer ride off road to keep fit the trick is is to forget everything you do on the road 😀

They said they couldn't see anything in x-ray but often the breaks are so small you cant see them apparently.

I am back to training today.... if training is eating chocolate and watching MotoGP on TV.

I thought it was pretty damn good fun, cheers for suggesting it Mark.
Aching BIG TIME today, was fairly useless at work today but that's not new.
