Doing lanes on electric bike.

So now with the new job, I am currently working with/for a big name in electric bikes.
To find out their strengths and weaknesses, we have gotten a road legal version of their popular sting for development and testing of products.

I have been lent this for the time being to learn more about the standard bike before we change parts on it.

These as standard are moped rated (can be ridden on a cbt at 16years old)

For what it is, (a mountain bike on steroids) it has been doing really well. Been really surprised of how capable it is.

It's the road going version of the ones volt mx use,
(Talaria sting tl3000's) but this one is the road legal version (tl45)
So has indicators and a number plate.

But with having to be "product tester" this one is being altered with most of the goodies that are coming through work.

So far had some unnecessary items removed, suspension altered, and larger brakes fitted.

I am taking it to be part of the "brushless mx enduro" racing at Ashdown mx track on the 20th of May.
Looking forward to it.

I think it is, but the future isn't here yet,
Range is only 35miles on these bikes and then 3hrs to recharge.

If that range could be extended to 80-100miles then it would be alot more useable.
The instant torque is epic, catches alot of people out.

I have done more mileage on this than anything else of late just because can do local lanes regularly and not annoy people etc.

I honestly don't know, I've signed up as a rider for more seat time.
