We all got back from the Saturday ride safe and rainless. Watched it bucket down as we ate our evening meal. Sunday morning sees mist which should clear before our dry ride home. Like what I forecast...

Got home about 2.30pm. Sorry I didn't get to say cheerio this morning but I was melting in the heat at the petrol station and needed to get moving. I never had the return route on the satnav so did my own steady ride home. 700 miles for the weekend!
Thanks to Brian for organising the whole thing, run leaders and TECs, and Duncan for looking after me and my bike.

There was an incident on the way home. Jay's bike is dead, Jay is fine. I returned to the incident, others with better knowledge of what happened will no doubt post. Huge thanks to Duncan and Nick for getting him to his mate Chris at Leigh Delamere services. Hope you got home okay from there Jay. I had a fun ride home escorting Big Chris (goatpants) on his mildly damaged bike. Reckon a lumphammer should be fine to sort that rear rim mate.

We are already tentatively booked with Lyndsay and Catherine at the Neuadd for14-16/06/24. See y'all there :-bd

Thanks John Kata for getting me to phone Lyndsay back. Chatting with Katherine we forgot the "Drovers Walk" weekend will be 21-23 June next year. Sorted with Lyndsay so we are block booked for 14-16/06/24

Obviously it'll be a while before I can negotiate the cost with the Neuadd so please wait until nearer next June to book your rooms :-bd
