If anybody is looking for somewhere to live, i require a house mate. details as follows?

Greenbank Area, Pymouth
5 min walk from town/mutlet, and 24hr spar

rent : £55pw includes water rates

big double room, mostly furnished, nice living room and kitchen with laminate flooring and leather sofa, would want to get digital tv and broadband, also has backyward with balcony looking at hoe, and there is a pub opposite, and cms bike shop 4 doors away, ideal, anyone intersted let me know, cheers
