Castle Coombe, unless they will let someone open the old F1 track in Cornwall, which I expect is doubtful.

Didn't there used to be an old airfield circuit at St Eval, north of Victoria :?

cadwell park is awesome, my favourite track, the mountain section is unreal you have to see it to believe how steep it is.
the track feels like a roller coaster.

Gingey:
closest track to you mate would be castle coombe, or Keevil, both in trowbridge wiltshire way. keevil is the cheaper option and the least restrictions to.

castle coombe or maybe even thruxton mate, theres not a lot in it either way from where your coming from. at the end of the day if you live in cornwall and want to do a trackday you've got to be prepared to travel and if your happy to do that then you'll finds theres some awesome circuits out there to ride, doningtons my personal favourite and its about 5.5 hours by car with bike trailer from st austell and brands hatch aint much further away
