After an intensive training programme,
I am ready to complete the 26.2 mile course on Sunday, 09.45 start.

for those watching and just in case of a rare sighting i will start at the blue start (Blackheath) ;

my race No. 11677

I will be wearing a red vest with GARY on the front, the vest is white on the back also with Gary on.

also my crazy hairdresser has cut a G out the back of my hair which will be red.
so look out for the G spot
