A lot of racer ride off road to keep fit the trick is is to forget everything you do on the road

They said they couldn't see anything in x-ray but often the breaks are so small you cant see them apparently.

I am back to training today.... if training is eating chocolate and watching MotoGP on TV.

Aching BIG TIME today, was fairly useless at work today but that's not new.

I'll certainly be going back.
