Had a stage of seeing loads of bands in exeter.
Great hall is the best, good acoustics and an actual stage, seen Automatics, Horrors, Goldie Lookin chain there!
Lemmy is ok, small Seen Dizzee rascal, cage the elephant and Wombats
The Phoneix, by gandi street, not the best. Saw the futureheads there. Not the best experience but that may be due to the band and the guy infront that kept elbowing me in the face (4 times before we had words)
the cavern is also good due to it's smallness but the stink of piss and bleach is sometime too much!
Most of the bigger bands go to the great hall, better organised and a big bar area too. just dont lean on the sweating walls!
