Or do you want to try somewhere else on a sat:- ie mallory, cadwell or Rockingham

why not just decide on one of those and look at other places for other dates???

Hmmm... wouldn't be able to do 5th Sept, ride home from the Manx GP that day, but 8th August is a possible one. Mallory often has trackdays on Saturdays, but last year I don't recall Cadwell having any on Saturdays (racing) nor Fridays (race practice days, good for a trackday if possible as it's a long way home if you have to get up for work the next day) otherwise I'd have done more... haven't seen the listings properly yet for this year
