How can you support any garage that
i) doesn't honour manufacturers warranties, but somewhwere else does, well done GT's of Plymouth as it was back then
ii) vandalisises a tank pad and doesn't just admoit liability.. it was perfect before it went in.
iii) Gives you a bike back after a £500 service, leaking fuel, has it back, and tries to charge you labour for fitting a new O ring they pinched on assembly
iv) Charges you for a part over the phone, then says oops. sorry we under charged you... OK, only 70 odd p. Petty maybe but the way it was handled, the bloke didn't display any concern about my custom. Percentage wise it was like paying for a 5K bike then beng told, when you pick it up, oh sorry sir, you owe use another 2k. They claimed they couldn't absorb the loss of 70 odd p as it was their mistake. Cost them giving me the part at no cost and me returning £125 worth of oil, filters... They just didn't care, or at least the knob I dealt with didn't care.
v) I asked and asked and went in there 3 or 4 times asking about a 675 demo, or if they had one in used I could test ride. never once did I have a call, and I've seen a couple in the show room.
So really my opinion of Bridge motorcycle is a bunch of knobs. And I hjave other examples but it's quite painful to think they're capable of providing good enough service to stay in business.
So if anyone wonders why I don't go there. It's just my experience.
If anyone from there would like to answer my concerns, I'd be willing to listen. In the mean time you have lost out on 2 bike sales and over a couple k's worth of kit. Oh well must be nice to be able to turn away that kind of trade in these economic times.

though I hear the support they give and the service is excellent, so maybe it evens out in the end, I suppose it's down to exactly how much you save. All I know is it would be a tragedy if the only place that stay open with a shop is George White's, they are good and everything but they are not all encompassing...
