Okay Dave. I think we got the message
Presume I'll be seeing you at the Honiton start, not the Wellington pick up?

Pace will be quicker (making good progress) than RTTB (friendly), but not stupid fast. Hope you're okay with that royvid? Will you be a Honiton or Wellington starter?

See you at Honiton, rain or shine.
But with a slightly dodgy rear tyre, shine would be infinitely preferable to rain....

POSSIBLE spoiler alert.....
Weather forecast is now changing every five minutes. If, as has been expected we can expect a few showers then I'll declare a wet race and we'll continue as planned. If, when I get up at 5 it is raining heavy and persists I'll declare a postponement by 7 a.m.

So PLEASE check in here to see my decision before setting off.

When you decide Bri ,just don't look out your window. Looks like most places much nicer than at yours.
C'mon ladies pull your wet proofs over your panties let's have a good one (rain or shine). Here's hoping.

It will be a carefully considered call. Most unlikely I'll cancel but if the whole area (not just the North Molton monsoon microclimate) looks to be mainly heavy rain with torrential periods we'll do it another day soon. It's just that some forecasts have looked worse than they did a couple of days ago. Fingies and tootsies crossed.
