Well Gav and I rent a 2 bedroom house in a good area of Exeter for £530 (bargain) but there is no way we could this if were on our own

I think I am going to be living at home for as long as I can see.

My mate who is 23 has just bought a house, and he has a good job at good money for down this way apparently, and basically he takes home about 1600 a month, and he is still £200 down a month after paying mortage and that, and cant afford a TV licence or nowt like that

So I am F*CKed if I'm moving out

not including his car or insurance or phone bill.my phone bill is always atleast £150....biggest being near the 300 mark lol.
and to own a house......i wont be earning over 20k for at least another year or 2 and decided i want a male partner

i think these days to own a house.....you gotta at least take home 2-2.5k a month otherwise its gunna be tight esp if your on ya own but with a missus working as well,be alot easier.
