My misses is in her early 40's and she is Barny born and bread, her sister is Mid 40's, her maiden name was FEATHERSTONE from Newport area.

Sister Jean, wife is Sarah and she has a brother Phil (Ginger knobs)

The Exeter inn is still going, Sherry's is still a $hit hole.

The place I used to go was the Reform at Pilton, but the biker landlord died a few years back.

Bring back Bee's please

Chequers - saw quite a few punk bands there in my youth :D

The only Featherstone I vaguely remember was a 'Patricia'.

So............nowhere to go really then . I'll stick to Sherrys at least the booze is cheap and the 'odd' biker ventures in there, Harley riders usually :)

The Exeter was always the 'student' pub in town , again spent a fair bit of my misspent youth in there. :D It sounds like the pub is open/opening , but just not gonna 'go back so far' ...why do people have to build in every spare square inch - and why are they allowed?

It's getting ridiculous, but it's happening everywhere.
