new biker wrote:Well Done, however I had the opposite took CBT with 2 Wheels Topsham finished real early did not enjoy it and would not go back went to Pro Rider like my friends have and passed had a great time, suppose if you live in Exeter and had Geoff it would have been easier for you. Would definatley recomend Pro Rider :P
i felt that pro rider cudnt have given a funk if u passed or not. they're good for cbt's, i did mine there for 60 quid including the use of their bike in the summer. but no chance would i reccomend doing a full liscence with them. They hadnt taught me half the stuff I needed to know to pass my test, they were ALOT more expensive with the full courses and with 2 wheel training it was one on one training. Which is what got me through! :D

Sorry mate dont agree if you put in Pro Rider you can see all the good comments and if you put Sally in you can see all the nice comments you made about them seems you only got 1 minor then too with them you say you thought you had passed, you only had one day with this guy so they would have done the donkey work as you said Pro Rider know there stuff ( your words), and you probably had one on one training as he was not busy and is a one man band . Everyone is entitled to there opinion and yours was good about Pro Rider until you failed and said you wanted to take in Exeter dont think you should slate people that have a good rep for someone you have trained with for 1 day which will be cheaper because it is one day and because you pass think is the best, like I say you said good things about them before whillst training just changed your mind now you have passed. I would not recomend anyone else I have taken my full course last week and passed first time and like I said look on this site and you will see loads of others as well. Glad you passed as am I just dont think you should say one thing and then change your mind no hard feelings but my experience with the guy you have passed with was not mine!!!!

 i had nothing to compare Pro Rider to before. and now i do. 2 wheel training's A liscence courses are cheaper than 'Pro' rider, including bike use, and also he adds nothing onto the cost of the test.. unlike pro rider. The way I was taught with 2 wheel training was brilliant compared to Pro Rider, and well worth my money. With Pro Rider, I had a different instructor everyday, which could be seen as a good thing, but each day my instructor wouldn't know what we'd covered or what my week points were or what needed improving.. thus why I didnt pass my test! So each day, felt like we were starting from the begining and covering nothing new. Whereas, 2 Wheel Training picked up on my weekness with roundabouts straight off and they were pretty much sorted by test day. :)

..you said i had one to one because "he was not busy and is a one man band" (Your Words) ..so this is why I had to book with him weeks before christmas due to him being so packed with students. :? Anyywayyy, as you say everyone has there own opinion.. and clearly we both have different ones and preffer different teaching styles. :) :)

Nice one mate, congratulations
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
