I've just been in to see Tony, he was moved to Durbin ward while i was there and i took him in some choccies.
He's in good spirits but a little groggy due to the morphine i think.
Tony, all the best mate and get well soon.

Latest update. Just had a message from Tony, he is being transferred to Plymouth tomorrow and is going in for a operation on Friday.
All the best Tony.

Pleased to say he was more like himself today.

Had his first good night’s sleep and able to keep food down today. Bruises are coming up nicely too.
Has a clear head and his sense of humour is back. Unfortunately it hurts when he laughs, which then becomes funny in itself. =))

As Chris said, off to Derriford midday tomorrow and hopefully the operation on his Pelvis will follow quickly.
Doesn’t know what will happen to him after that. Will let us know when he knows.

He also can’t believe the support and visits and ask me to say thank you, but will do it properly himself later.

Spoke to Tony at half 5.

He’s just got out of recovery and still on an oxygen mask (which was probably why he sounded like a WW2 pilot in a Heineken advert).

They have screwed the rear break together and don’t think it will be necessary to fix the front one.

Expects to be brought back to Exeter Monday or Tuesday.
