Look in here for local ride outs...

Moderator: Staff

Forum rules
You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.

Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

Well, it's my 3rd SWB birthday, and as there is no queue of volunteers, I'd be happy to oblige. O:-)
Neglected my rideouts last year so a cobweb run would be ideal for me to start the season. I'll tag along and keep you company from Brizzle Mellow.

Simon, I should be recovered enough from recent op's to make this one my first ride of the year :D

I've just had another look at the route, just a suggestion, you might like to consider from Dunster going to Wheddon Cross and via Simonsbath to Blackmoor Gate instead of the well trodden A39 coast road?
old and disgraceful so doing what I can while I can before I can't

I did think about that one but as this ride tends to get larger numbers and rusty riders, the easier the layout the less chance of confusion and strays comes in to play.

The other route can be saved for another time.

Anyone can use the calendar for anything that's coming up.
Rides are always posted up in the Rideout section, sometimes they don't make it to the calendar but I try not to forget.

a nice simple route as it's the first one this year. some familiar roads but some good roads.

LEAVING McDONALDS AT TIVERTON AT 0930.

Make sure you are fuelled up and ready to go.

This ride will be run at FRIENDLY RIDE rules but I will need a TEC please.

We will stop at Minehead sea front and Torrington green.
