got to agree with the above..unless they sent the NIP out by recorded delivery they can never prove whether you got it or not..GATSO's are notoriously unreliable where bikes are concerned. It's been proven that they can pick up a reflection off the front wheel and that will instantly give you a reading of 2 x speed limit. challenge it all the way if you can be arsed..besides,what's the worse they can do???? They can't increase it or anything, cos as they, it's a FIXED penalty, the robbong b'stards.. best of luck with it
