The Old Station House Inn at Blackmoor Gate is excellent and it looks like the route goes right by ....only about 10 miles from Ilfracombe (which may be heaving if the weather's good).
Plenty of space/benches in the garden if the weather is fair and spacious inside also if not. Biker friendly, I've had lunch there on many group rides

Looking like I'm on for Sunday she said yes as its my b'day working on at night to keep up with the corn drills so I can get Sunday off
B King getting mot tomorrow so will get out on it for the first time in ages

Weather forecast for Sunday is changing by the day. Not so good yesterday, more promising today. Needs to be dry for me. Fingers crossed.

Weather looking like showers across the route this morning, but I will make a call later today..

Check out the new Friendly Ride rules and I will talk to everyone tomorrow before we leave.

Lets hope the weather stays good... if not I will try and move the run to October.

I would have loved to come but need to sort car stuff after some idiot joy rider crashed into my parked car, and wrote it off!!!

Right then folks...

Sorry to say but i think the weather is against us for tomorrow...

Just been looking at the weather, and it looks like there are some very heavy showers all across the route from about 10 AM onwards...

If they were small then i would go ahead, but these cover most of the route...

So I am postponing the ride for tomorrow, however...

PUT A DATE IN THE DIARY - 16th OCTOBER... Same times, same place, same route...
