I hope that those of you that have them will be wearing your Swb T-shirts or Hoodies on the day.

I've looked through the forum and can't find the answer, so; how is the paperwork dealt with? I'm used to dealing with FE and No Limits directly, who email the docs to me, but how is it done on a group booking?

I have sent your details through.

On the day you sign in with everyone else and then go to the briefing with everyone to listen to the rules and get your sticker of attendance

No Suzuki's, there are standards at this track you know.

I've just emailed Alan at Phil Bevan Trackdays asking about camping times. Their website says camping AFTER 6pm, but when I was there a few years ago the gates were shut at 5pm! I had to camp on the verge outside, so I'm making sure that won't happen again.
