That was the early 90's (90 I think) ....... Very hot day, riding slowly in the lanes with wife (then girlfirend) on her GP100 as she was learning, and carbs leaking over a hot exhaust collector = rather warm legs and an uncomfortable ride home 2up on a GP100

Also set fire to about 10ft of hedgerow .........

glad i noticed mine in time then! still took a few weeks to realise though
