EXCITED!!!!!!! Really looking forward to this now and celebrating my 40th there!!! Yes please to lines-showing (in inters though...) not so sure about the camera...they always seem to have fisheye lenses or something cos they make my bum look big

first trackday im just going with the majority opinion is, its all about brakes and getting back on the power at the right time, no easing off like on road

Most importantly... IT'S NOT A RACE... So if you can't keep up don't try.

You can always drop a group or ask for instruction, I recall my first time, like sex, I was doing it all wrong, got a few pointers and knocked over 10 seconds a lap off my time. (Like sex, I'm down to 50 seconds now, ask the missus... )

You'll have to rub plenty of arnica cream into the sore bits ........

Well I low sided the bike going round the big right hand bend after the bus stop just went in too tight, lent over to far and to much gas its a learning curve. I have a bruised wrist but will survive.

I will post pics and video tomorrow oh and the GoPro is indestructible it was on the bike and on the side i went down and not one scratch it did more damage to my fairing

could have been worse, just after the exit of said corner is a good place to bin it,,
i hope you are ok i know how you feel..!! , i havent logged on for ages my appoligies, i was hoping to get up on SUNDAY to watch but lol, i see it was today!! lucky i have logged in..
