Rolling roads/Dyno’s near Exeter?

Having only moved here 5 years ago, having minimal biking time due to life, I’ve not got myself a full list of decent places to take bikes.
So, rolling roads in the south west.... where’s good?

there's one in tiverton but i wouldn't go there.
thers's one in saltash too.

Neil Pearson but he’s now moved to Taunton.
Mini twin builder and last year he had a rider in bsb300 and bsb superbike.
