You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Always ride within your own capabilities and do not put others at risk. Remember, while you are on a Southwestbikers rideout you are representing the site and what it stands for.
Thank-you.
Don't forget......ANYONE can organise and run a rideout.

As there's now 11 of us, I'll be using the drop-off sytem therefore a T.E.C. is needed. Any volunteers for this highly prized position?

One more for Wellington
A thought Phil about The Toucan cafe (looked at their website)....looks like a group of 12 on top of other customers might overwhelm them space wise (due to social distancing) as they dont appear to have any outside space? A rethink?
TEC...I may well end up being your wingman today lol.....didnt ride at all last year, only a handful of times this last couple of months and running in a new bike that's only done 200+ miles

Yup, in light of the SWB Flashmob numbers I've considered that Andy; so ......... if the Toucan can't handle us all it'll be next stop Quince Honey Farm.AndyW wrote: ↑Aug 30th, '20, 06:57 One more for Wellington

Re: Bampton Brekkie run - Sunday 30th
Thanks to all 12 of you for making the Bampton Brekkie run a fun ride out in the sun today - including 'newbie' Paul who joined us in Wellington - and AndyW who graced us with his presence in the Bampton cafe having apparantly instructed his new KTM to take a wrong turn or two en route to the Wellie pick up . No dramas were had that I saw (mind you I was in the front - mostly) and we made it safely and on time from the start cafe to the finish cafe. I hope the riders who left us at Bampton had an equally safe ride home.
Don't forget that there's another rideout next Sunday 6th Sept', run under the auspices and guidance of pee-stop Brian - with a slightly longer and no doubt scenic route, it's not to be missed - so get your passes stamped.

Cheers ma dears, jolly good ride Phil thanks to yer sen and Roy for sweepin the rear (and staying upright).
Re: Bampton Brekkie run - Sunday 30th
That proved right......the moderate pace proved enough for me......oh the irony, I have the best bike I've ever had and riding like a geriatric lol
Thanks for telling everyone about my slightly more scenic route to Wellington than intended Phil
Great run, cheers

AndyW glad that you could join in on one of the ride outs on here.
Never be upset or put off by what speed your riding on the road, everybody rides at there own pace. Its not a race and nothing to prove to anybody.
The number one thing is your feeling safe and enjoying the ride.
Rides do get run at different pace by different people check out this thread that you can use as a guide.
Hope this helps
